Someone reading this or someone you may know needs support as a new mom or needs help processing identity distortions or grief. Maybe you just need someone you can trust in a confidential faith-based therapeutic relationship to hold hope for you as you navigate a difficult life circumstance. My name is Ashley, and I am a daughter of The King, a wife to an amazingly supportive and loving husband, and a mother to 3 little blessings. I have an eclectic professional background that involves honorably serving my country as an Air Force Officer, working various jobs in leadership, 5 beautiful years as a stay-at-home mom and providing various types of family support in a community-based counseling clinic. Currently, I am the Owner and Psychotherapist of Montez & Co. Adullam House PLLC, a private practice focused on helping God’s people, which are ALL PEOPLE! I hold a Master’s degree in management and leadership and a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am currently a doctoral student pursuing a postgraduate degree in Community Care and Counseling. I am licensed in the state of Texas as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist- Associate.
I have experience providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups. I serve ages 13-100+. I take an integrative approach to therapy and use evidence-based therapeutic modalities dependent on your needs as a client. I have experience serving clients in the following areas: intimate partner violence (IPV), survivors of sexual assault (including Military Sexual Trauma), PTSD, child abuse (including adult survivors), anxiety/ panic attacks, depression, high-risk behaviors, family issues, emotional distress in teens, identity challenges, premarital support and counseling, couples therapy, grief therapy, life adjustments, women's topics, Anger management, work place conflicts, etc.

I believe that no therapeutic encounter is the same; that means there is an art to psychotherapy, it is not “one size fits all” BUT I know one thing that is for sure… “One GOD fits all.” No matter who you are, where you have been, what you have done or survived, God restores!
